NOVIQ is currently a pre-launch waitlist and information platform. Registering does not create a bank account, e-money account, payment account, or any other financial product, and no funds are held, transferred, or managed through the Service today.

Descriptions of future products on this site, including accounts, cards, crypto services, and lending, describe our roadmap and do not constitute an offer of a regulated financial product. Any such product will only be provided, if at all, together with a duly licensed partner institution and under separate terms you will need to accept at that time. NOVIQ operates as a financial technology (FinTech) company.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials, including your password, confidential.

Once NOVIQ officially launches, we may be legally required to verify your identity (a Know Your Customer, or KYC, check) before your account can be used for real financial services. We'll let you know if and when this applies to you.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used fraudulently, including to abuse the referral program described below.

Registered users receive a personal referral link and can see how many people joined through it. We may additionally approve select users as "affiliates."

We currently intend, as a future incentive and not as a present binding obligation, to share a portion — indicatively around 10% — of relevant future revenue attributable to people an affiliate referred, once NOVIQ has a live, revenue-generating product. This is a statement of current intent, not a contractual promise: it is not yet legally binding, has no fixed start date, and its structure, rate, and eligibility criteria may change before launch, or may not materialize at all. Any binding commitment will be set out in a separate agreement offered to approved affiliates at that time.

We may adjust, pause, or end the referral program, or revoke affiliate status, at any time, including where we suspect abuse such as self-referrals or fake accounts.

You agree not to: provide false identity or financial information; create multiple accounts to manipulate the referral program or your waitlist position; attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The NOVIQ name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a launch will happen on any particular timeline, or at all, or that any future product will have particular features, rates, or terms. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

To the extent permitted by law, NOVIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body, or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice or, where required by law, seek your renewed consent.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access as described in the "Your account" section above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence may also apply. Where legally permissible, the courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction over any disputes.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and not currently willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
